One of the biggest advantages of FirstBike is the revolutionary GFR (glass fiber reinforced) frame. By using the latest technologies in plastic injection, a highly durable, light-weight product with a long life, flexibility and extreme strength has been created.

A comfortable handbreak
A comfortable handbrake has been incorporated into the design. This means that your child will develop the habit of using it and therefore have no problems moving onto a standard bike. The distance of the lever from the handlebars can easily be adjusted.

Control Limiter
The handlebars do not allow full rotation around their axes, allowing your rider to better maintain driving direction. The limiter thus helps your child to ride smoothly without unnecessary falls.

Drum brake
Two-year-olds generally brake using their legs, older (and much faster) children will often be unable to brake effectively without good quality braking on the rear wheel. FirstBike has a drum back brake, which can be adjusted and offers strong and stable breaking in any weather.

Comfortable saddle
The special shape of the saddle provides maximum comfort and stability. The saddle will ensure that your child won't slip whilst riding (unlike traditional cycling saddles).

Reduction kit
Use the option to change the height of the seat. The seat height range is 34.5-44.5cm and the seat can be reduced by a further 4cm for two-year-olds. This allows children to reach a height limit of 87cm.
