Garmin Fenix 3 is equipped with an extra sensitive GPS/GLONASS receiver with a new steel EXO antenna around the Chroma colour display. It is always ready, as the watch never switch off. Monitor your daily activities
Fenix 3 offers you an option to monitor your everyday activities. It is possible to set the target number of steps per day, to track the total distance + number of steps or calories burned, including passive ones. you can find a detailed evaluation and comparison of your performance on the Garmin Connect web interface.
Design and construction
Garmin Fenix 3 offers you a sufficiently large, circular, colour 1.2" display with 218x218 resolution. Unlike other smartwatches on the market, the display does not turn off and offers you perfect readability in sunlight. The watch is lighter by 20g and noticeably thinner when compared to the former Fenix 2 generation.

Swimming and skiing
Garmin Fenix 3 can collect data on your swimming workouts, thanks to the built-in sensors and its high resistance. The watch measures reached distance, SWOLF value, swimming efficiency, a number of shots and it can also recognize your swimming style. For winter sports enthusiasts, Fenix 3 features cross-country and downhill skiing features. With its built-in barometer, the watch detects when skiing and the time spent in the lift.

Wireless connectivity
Fenix 3 offers you an option to connect to your smartphone with Android or iOS operating system via Bluetooth. The watch is able to show your phone notifications. Thanks to the built-in WiFi, the watch sends data about your training or updates the software without having to switch on your computer or your mobile phone. It also features the ANT+ wireless standard used mainly for connecting fitness accessories.
