The device is designed with the idea of ??the latest trends in computer technology. In its compact body, it combines the functions of two independently sold products at the same time. Specifically, it is a sportstester and a daily activity monitor. The result is the ability to display a wide variety of data to explore the way your body works to the smallest detail.

Additionally, in conjunction with the FLOW cloud storage and the FLOW APP mobile application , the device receives additional value. Not only do you have the data at hand, but you can also create a profile of a specific sport or training target that can be uploaded directly to your watch. During training, you can easily control its performance. The connection to the application is via Bluetooth.

Selected training features

• Heart rate monitor and heart rate measurement - you can see both the percentage of the maximum and the number of strokes per minute. It is measured with the Polar H7 chest belt that is included in the package. When choosing a training session, it is also possible to set its planned intensity. Its adherence is controlled based on the current pulse. Failure to observe the heartbeat will alert you if the alert is turned on.
• Fitness test - determines the fitness index, which tells you how fit you are. It will also let youknow if you are improving, getting worse or stagnant.
• Sports Profiles - You can create your own sports profiles through the web service. You then sync with the device. Once you have set basic data for data calculation, you do not need to edit it again. It is the ideal means to track your progress in a specific activity.
• Energy pointer - The device displays on the screen whether you are burning more fats or whether you are developing more of your fitness.

Daily Activity Monitor

Monitor all daily activities. It measures pulse, calories, sleep time, number of steps and much more. At the same time, it can warn you that you have not moved for a long time. The heart of the system is a powerful rechargeable battery lasting up to 4 weeks. As far as memory capacity is concerned, the device will record and store up to 60 days (with continuous daily activity monitoring and 1 hour of training per day).
