How does it work

The intensity of the load increases or decreases, depending on the angle of the body.  Involving the internal (skeletal) muscles is important for the stability of the body, when put into natural positions, during exercise. The system is fitted with a metal carbine for easy fastening, and metal buckles to adjust the strap length - from 145 to 248cm.  The hand grips are comfortable and easy to hold.  Its light weight and compact packaging makes it easy to take anywhere with you.  

Originally, this system was developed by the US Army for use as part of its physical training programme. Since then, the suspension booster system has become a regular part of training for top athletes, and for people who'd like to lead a healthier lifestyle.
