Two jobs are done in one! The Sissel SitFit Plus Cushion encourages good posture that relaxes the upper part of your body and contributes to a more enjoyable day at work.

Practice Sitting
UsUsing the pump that is included in the package, you inflate the Sissel Sitfit Plus Cushion to a comfortable height of up to 6cm. If you can't find the pin to inflate, it is hidden in the pump handle. Because you are constantly working your muscles whilst you are using your SitFit Plus inflatable cushion you may need to gradually increase the length of time that you use it. For example, you can start with 10 minutes 5 times a day. If you have an existing back problem please seek expert advice to make sure that this is the right product for you so that you do not aggravate your current problem. With the Sissel Sitfit Plus inflatable cushion if you position the rounded curve at the front then it is less stable and you will be using your muscles more than if you position the flatter edge to the front which gives more support under your thighs for greater stability when you are first using the product or sitting for longer periods of time.

How to Care for Your Cushion
The Sissel Sitfit Plus inflatable cushion should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Sharp objects could damage the cushion. You can clean cushion with a damp cloth using gentle cleaning agents.
