STATUS 2-Piece Marinate Set
Enjoy the orderliness of well-maintained cupboards and refrigerator. Use space and fresh air effectively with this handy box for storing fruit, vegetables, cheeses and meats. Vacuum storage, involving pumping air from the box using a manual vacuum, creates an environment in which the shelf life of food is naturally extended. This vacuum box is fitted with a white lid and has a main body in a clear transparent colour. By storing food in it, the food retains valuable vitamins, minerals, nutrients and flavour for longer.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Wash and dry vacuum vessel and the lid thoroughly before first use.
- Only the bottom part of the container is suitable for dishwashers.
- The pump can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
- To ensure smooth operation of the pump, lubricate the inside of the cylinder with oil.
- Do not use sponges with a rough surface or abrasive cleansers, to avoid scratching the container.
Food Lasts Longer, Staying Fresh and Crisp
When storing food in a vacuum, you can extend its shelf life by up to four times. The container has a square shape and a volume of 2 litres, big enough for any kind of food, be it meat, vegetables, cheese or a precooked lunch. In addition, it works great for marinating, because without air the pores and fibres of meat open, so that the meat becomes juicier and marinates faster. An integral part of the package is the hand-held vacuum pump, which pumps excess air out of the vessel, so your food stays fresh and crisp for longer.
