Vacuum storing the food by pumping air from the packaging using a manual vacuum hood creates an environment where food lasts longer. These vacuum boxes with a red lid and a bottom container in a transparent colour preserve precious vitamins, minerals, nutrients and flavours in your foods.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Before using the vacuum container and lid, make sure to wash it thoroughly and dry it.
- Only the bottom of the container can be washed in the dishwasher.
- Pump and cover with a damp cloth.
- To ensure smooth running of the pump, lubricate the inside of the cylinder with oil.
- Do not use sponges with a coarse surface or abrasive cleaners to clean to avoid scratching the container.
All fresh and fresh
When you store food in a vacuum, you can extend its shelf life up to four times. This set offers you two vacuum boxes with a complete set of dividers that allow you to separate more types of food from one another. The containers have a rectangular shape and are available in a volume of 3l and 4.5l. The containers are large enough for any kind of food, whether it is meat, vegetables, cheeses or pre-cooked lunch. An integral part of the package is also a manual vacuum pump that drains excess air out of the container. The food will stay fresh longer.
