Both pans in this set are coated with the new non-stick Titanium Excellence coating, and equipped with the Thermo-Spot temperature indicator which turns a solid red colour when the pan has reached the optimum cooking temperature. The reinforced Induction bottom with an integrated stainless steel disc ensures perfect heat distribution, high durability, and even cooking speed. The detachable handle design saves space and enables you to put the cookware in the oven. The cookware is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cookers.
