Nechápu proč má recenze byla zamítnuta?! Copak?! Alze se to nehodí? Však jsem nenapsal nic špatného a jen pravdu! "28. 12. 2023 Koupen za 1.099,- (cca. hodinu po objednání, už stál 1.149,- a před naskladněním nestál ani 1.000,-!) Zaměstnanci Alzy, by si se zbožím neměli hrát! Ač plyšák byl sice v krabici a nevybalen, tak igelit navrchu, byl protržen od zjevného zkoušení, jak plyšák hraje! A nebylo to skladováním! A k tomu vybité baterie. Co dodat... Někteří zaměstnanci, by měli jít dělat raději popeláře! Tam bude každému jedno, co se zbožím budou dělat. Jinak 1.099Kč je trochu přemrštěná cena, jasně je to značka, ale normálně se prodává kolem 800Kč. Provedení suchého zipu na zádech, by mohlo být řešené trochu lépe. A jak už tady někdo v recenzích psal, tak opravdu jeho funkce snímá monitor dechu, tak na to POZOR. Kdyby byla cena kolem těch 800,- tak bych dal i 4-5 hvězdiček, ale za tuto cenu určitě nestojí!"

Dobrý den, dnes jsme usínáčka obdrželi, rozbalili, vyzkoušeli a bohužel musím konstatovat, že při zvedání břicha ten strojek vydává skřípavý zvuk a při zasouvání břicha zase vydává klapavý zvuk. Nedokážu si představit, že by vedle toho někdo spal/usnul. Myslíte, že se jedná o výrobní vadu nebo to je u tohoto výrobku obvyklé? Máme dát na reklamaci nebo jaký postup doporučujete? Děkuji
