The Fitbit Blaze continuously monitors your measured steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes and heart rate. Naturally, the display also tells you the current time, alerts, SMSes, calendar, caller ID, and and details of whatever music you're listening to.
Another big advantage afforded by the Fitbit Blaze is its stamina. It lasts up to 5 days without charging. Inside the watch is a triaxial accelerometer and altimeter that calculate how many steps you take, and how well you sleep at night. There's also a vibrating motor for silent alarms or to alert you of an incoming message or call.
