The Polar H7 provides you with GPS navigation and a heart rate sensor, helping you to adjust the intensity of your training to achieve the best results.

You can transfer your heart rate information to devices which support 5 kHz transmission, such as compatible Polar devices, fitness machines or a wide range of fitness and running apps, e.g. Endomondo, Runtastic or Polar Beat. In combination with compatible fitness trackers, the Polar H7 measures heart rate even under water. It is also compatible with iPhone 4S or later and with many Android 4.3 smartphones or later.

Monitor your current heart rate on the display while recording the figures into a mobile app, where you can read your average and maximum heart rate. The sensor is light, ensuring comfortable fit even during longer workouts.
