Dobrý den. Dnes jsem si zakoupil uvedený batoh. Jaké bylo mé překvapení, když jsem v něm nenašel powerbanku, kterou máte uvedenu v popise batohu. Prosím tedy o sdělení, kdy mi bude powerbanka dodána, případně zda mám podat reklamaci na výměnu batohu. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat jestli je u baťohu kapsa na notebook dobře polstrovaná (potažmo i polstrovani zespod baťohu), aby mi to dokázalo ochránit notebook kdyby mi baťoh například spadnul nebo proti otřesům. Děkuji
