The centralized multifunction allows employees to access the device from any workstation. The range of services includes high-quality, fast printing and scanning with a variety of possibilities that match the corporate environment, as well as a mobile application. The ConnectKey technology supports WiFi Direct for printing from a mobile device without having to connect to a network. The remote control adds comfort for the users, whilst the IT staff can remotely monitor the user interface.

The Xerox App Gallery provides access to new applications for additional features, such as Dropbox printing or scanning to the Microsoft Office 365 directly from the user´s interface.
