Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of high-quality stainless steel, each piece quality-controlled by a laser during the manufacturing process. The blade and its extension into the handle are one-piece stainless steel forged with the help of Sigmaforge technology guaranteeing a perfect result. The knife is then treated with FRIODUR technology, ice hardened to make the steel stronger, more durable, so in the end, blades stay sharp longer and are resistant to corrosion.
