They are unique due to the production technology

Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of the finest stainless steel, with its quality controlled by a laser during the production of each knife. The blade and the part that extends into the handle are forged from a single piece by Sigmaforge technology which guarantees a perfect geometry of each piece. The knife is then hardened by FRIODUR technology, which is based on frost curing, making the steel harder and more durable, which keeps the blades sharpers and resistant to corrosion for a long time.
