The Janome 990D Overlock is a 3, 4-thread mechanical sewing machine with 5 stitch types and 9 sewing programs. It has an all-metal inner part, which makes it one of the highest quality overlocks on the market. You'll love it for its ease of use. The overlock is equipped with differential feed, top knife shut-off and a roll stitch option. It can cut and clean the fabric at the same time in one operation. It is mainly used for mending, sewing or hemming edges. It creates decorative, fancy seams on the face of the fabric. With the Janome serger, your clothes get a professional look. Overlock is designed for light, medium and heavy materials including softshells or multi-layered sweatpants. Included is a unique set of feet for blind stitch, beading, 1.8" and 3/16" serging and wire.
