Smart home remote installation 30 minutes
Smart home remote installation is a unique service that saves you the hassle of installing a smart device in your home. With Alza Service, we will install and set up your purchased device and pair it with your mobile phone. The installation is carried out remotely by an experienced technician who will be available on the phone. Remote Smart home installation includes initial setup of the device, connection of the device to the mobile phone, basic training with the device and software update. It is available from Monday to Sunday from 9:00-19:00.

How does it work?
- Purchase the desired service type, one license is for one device
- Show the license code under your registration in the license library
- After activation, you will be contacted by phone to book your appointment
- A technician will contact you at the time of the appointment to inform you of the next steps
- In case of any problem, you can contact technical support at[email protected]
If you purchased the remote installation for the boxed version of the software,you need to activate the service only at the momentwhen the box is physically available to you. It contains the license key for the product, which is needed for installation.

Conditions for the proper functioning of the service
- Android 7.0 and later or iOS 11.0 and later
- Minimum internet connection speed of 2 Mbit for downloading and 1 Mbit for uploading, no data limit (FUP)
- If the customer does not confirm the acceptance report after the service has been provided, we automatically accept the service as accepted without reservation
- We are able to implement the service in Czech and Slovak language

This is a single installation, i.e.for multi-license versions, an account will be created and installation will be done on one device only.
