Dobrý den, včera jsem si objednal Wondershare Filmora 13 na licenci. Ale když kliknu na moje licence tak se mi ukazuje tohle. Tuto licenci nelze stáhnout, naleznete ji v emailu (zkontrolujte prosím spam). Licence, pokud není uvedeno u produktu jinak, jsou většinou připraveny do 48 hodin (v pracovní dny). U služby instalace na dálku, kde se Vám nezobrazí licenční klíč, budete automaticky kontaktováni. V případě problémů nebo pokud neobdržíte licenci do 48 hodin kontaktujte naše obchodníky. Co prosím přesně znamená "K balíčku získáte nárok na budoucí aktualizace"? Nejedná se pouze o aktualizace v rámci téhle verze 13? Protože na webu Filmory je psáno "but the licensee shall pay for the future major version update". Děkuji za odpověď.
