Tuna and salmon are fish rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, which especially in older cats support the activity of the brain, increase the protection of eyes and eyesight and strengthen blood circulation. At the same time, they lower cholesterol levels. Fish meat also contains vitamins A and D, which are involved in the structure of bone tissue and prevention of osteoporosis, a group of vitamin B - vitamin B6 and B12, important for the function of the nervous system, metabolism support and hematopoiesis.
