Hello. I would like to inform you that I ordered camera Hilook IPC D121H with order number 483581653. But while installation I found that it has already been activated with the password. I am not able to reset the password not change parameters as it requires password which in general this type camera allows to input password by the installed by default. But it seems your technicians didn't check it carefully while get it from the customer who returned the item. The IP address was on the camera is 192.168.254.5 and password installed. Could you please provide an information which password is installed on the camera and or is it possible you to reset it and send me keyfile if I will provide you with the exported XML file from SADP tool? Thank you
