Image quality
Image profiles (I used them because the brightness keys on the macbook can' t change the brightness on ext. display)
The brand logo and webcam can be “hidden“ to get a clean design
You won' t get more than 30Hz via USB-C at 4k, 60Hz only via DisplayPort and that means having another cable connected to the PC
The mechanism for retracting the webcam sometimes sulked and could not be retracted
Terrible speaker sound

a little tinny sounding speakers
when connected to a Macbook Pro via USB-C, volume cannot be controlled from the laptop or external keyboard
when connected to the Xbox, the volume can also be controlled only by complicated buttons on the back of the monitor
