The ntb showed a defect and so I went to claim the goods - during the first claim the service acknowledged the defect and replaced the component. However, the fault reappeared after some time and Acer did not acknowledge it twice even though I showed the fault to the operator directly at the shop, who then wrote it down. I recommend everyone to avoid the Acer brand or you will jump out of your skin if you do NOT communicate with their service. NEVER again for me next time!
