I thought I would just pull out the old one and put in a new one.
The new one had some kind of plastic strip (probably protective) sticking out of the inside of the toner that said " Pull me out".
They pulled, they pulled, but they didn' t pull. It got stuck and I ended up throwing the thing in the trash. Maybe an error in my hands, but it is strongly user-unfriendly.
