The workmanship matches the price. The knives were scraping against each other a lot.
One tip is sharper than the needle, but the other is nicely rounded.
Unfortunately, they are worse at cutting than manicure scissors at half the price.

When cutting a moustache, the scissors are set in motion. This means that you only have to cut the beard a few millimetres at a time so that it can be trimmed.
