The instructions do not specify the setting of the right and left mounting, so when mounting the handle with reverse mounting, the handle remains in the active position regardless of the entry of the fingerprint and when you press the handle to open the door. It took me a long time to realize what the problem might be and that it is not software specific. After turning on the correct mounting tip, everything works fine.
When mounting, there is an arrow on the quadrant that is supposed to point upwards to maintain proper mounting on the left or right side, but you won't find out about it anywhere.
