I bought the headlamp for night running (in my current condition, more like crawling), and for this activity even a lower light output is sufficient. In my opinion, the higher power of the lighting would be enough even for a pace of 6 min/km, but it might not be enough for faster runners. I like that it lights up a lot to the sides, it is convenient for orientation in the night terrain. Unfortunately, even at the shortest setting, the headlamp is slightly loose, I would need to fix it a little better. I appreciate the elevation angle setting. A little worse is the control button, which is so sensitive that if you are slightly careless, you can switch the lighting mode with just a touch.

the winding mechanism is pretty flimsy for such a large headlamp. It can't withstand the best treatment.
there is almost no waterproofing of the battery exchange cover, I do not recommend even in light rain.
