As some people write here that the engine is noisy, we had a problem with it the first day, but I only put about a litre of water in because I didn't read how much to put in: D. After topping up the correct amount (there is an indicator on the front) the noise stopped and the fountain is barely audible. I can hear the fans in my computer more in the room, and they're good quality and quiet.
