The processing and robust construction make the scooter stable and OK. It turns by tilting in a given direction - i.e. the handlebars are fixed. What I can't understand though is the control of the LED lighting of the board - the battery bed and the micro switch to turn it on are located on the bottom of the board. The light switching lasted working thanks to the scooter's low ground clearance (and getting stuck on bumps) for exactly one ride outside.
