Used as a safety device for cystoscopy - for possible leakage. In this case, you may not feel it at all. until it's too late. This is information for gentlemen - we definitely don't go to this examination often. For cystoscopy, a 150 ml cartridge is standard, hence these.
Since I have a lot of them left, I tried to see what they could actually handle (that's why I write elsewhere that a smaller pack would be good, actually 1-2. As a rough guide, for others, I can say that one drop means about 40 ml in a continuous stream (simulating a single emptying). So in this case, a one-time leak of 160 ml. The manufacturer probably meant 50 ml. Piece by piece, I guess an insert would do, but not in one go.
So count on 160 ml, catastrophically it might prevent even a bigger leak.
For comparison: urge in a normal person means about 150 - 350 ml, but the full capacity of a person when involuntary leakage occurs is 3 - 4 times larger. So for those who are looking for a solution to stress incontinence, for example, or who otherwise have difficulty controlling it, it requires a higher capacity.

More or less meets expectations
It is difficult to estimate in which situation to use them, i.e. what can be done with them
Both smaller, say "pocket", and probably larger, packaging would be useful.
On another website of a different product but of the same line (https://www.drmax.cz/molicare-men-pants-7-kapek-vel-m-inkontinencni-kalhotky-8-ks), one drop comes out to a capacity of up to 200 ml. but here I would estimate it to be about 50 ml.
