I am very satisfied with the phone, even though I have only used it for a short time. I don' t miss anything from the basic functions and I haven' t had anything malfunction yet. The Hello Moto add-on is decent, and I uninstalled the few games that were added to the system anyway. But against ballast from other brands, you basically don' t even register it. Still waiting for camera and video results. This topic requires more time.
But for me, I would definitely recommend it.

It' s just that anyone who knows Motorola knows and won' t trade it for anything. For those who don' t know, I recommend it because the moto functions are brilliant, I also have a SAMSUNG S24 Ultra and a MOTOROLA is more optimal, better performance, costs half as much, the only thing I still have to test are the differences in the camera. But where Samsung ends in charging speed, Motorola starts with Wireless 😅🤣

A good start. upgrading from iPhone 15. but then things start happening.
I find that when I try to configure VPN I find horror. VPN configuration is completely missing from the menu!
Ok, I' m contacting Motorola' s Official Czech Support on their website, the gentleman probably speaks Bulgarian. I' ll try English, but it' s terrible. Classic, hard reset, recovery through lenovo companion app, screenshots, logs, etc. Slibotechna, they don' t even know what' s going on, they say they' re hearing about this for the first time.
Motorola' s American support was a little better, but despite everything, no result. No update in sight, maybe there will be one, but I' d rather return this useless brick. From what I found out with a quick google, this is a problem from 2023 and it is still not solved. Will Alza also be willing to deal with this phone exchange? Maybe it' s a distribution problem or just one piece.

Bug - VPN configuration is missing in the menu. Confirmed by the manufacturer. No update in sight.
When trying to set up VPN manually, the phone ends up in a boot loop
Any VPN app (specifically bitdefender VPN) does not work. It' s supposed to ask for permission to create a VPN, but it doesn' t.
Motorola support speaks (probably) Bulgarian, but luckily also broken English.
Disaster, VPN is a key security feature. I'm coming back. I' m curious how alza returns bitcoins.
