The phone was intended for a senior citizen in the family, where the clamshell design seemed advantageous because it allows you to have a large display and keys at the same time. However, the phone suffers from an incomprehensible design flaw - the side volume buttons can never be locked, are very sensitive, and are positioned in such a way that the ringer turns off spontaneously when you grab the phone or place it in your pocket. Vibration is even automatically switched off when the ringer is off. This makes the phone completely unusable in practice, where you can't call the phone because of it. Strong recommend to choose another model.

I bought the phone as a second phone, only for outgoing calls to customers. He's staying in the office. I've had experience with V's from an earlier era, but this is honestly the worst V I've held in my hands so far. Too big and response poor. Great for seniors, but as an "office landline" bad.

I'm reviewing from the point of view of my grandmother, who uses the phone
High volume setting

Great possibility of configurations (grandmother e.g. it was not convenient that the selection was marked in red on the phone, so we set it to blue)
It's not opening properly
Writing SMS is very complicated (You have to select the recipient first, but by default the numeric keypad is selected, so you have to click # to the letters. Then you have to manually click into the message box, which defaults to uppercase for the first letter and lowercase for the next, but sometimes it gets stuck and only capitalizes. )
The keyboard is not very sensitive and so the buttons have to be "crushed" to register that they have been pressed
Strange words are used in places, probably due to translation
Complexity in general. There is a plethora of information, features and settings everywhere so you have to keep clicking through
The missed call sign on the closed screen is unhelpful
