The phone was purchased for a senior citizen who doesn't want a smartphone, but wants a red push-button V.
The user interface of the phone is nice. The basic menu in the menu is not a line system, but there are individual icons that you move up, down, left and right between.
As a disadvantage I consider that it is not possible to change the font size, given that this is a phone primarily designed for seniors, it seems to me as quite an important thing.
As for the sound, unlike the previous Alligator, there is much better audibility when talking.
Phone numbers must be stored in international format i.e. +420 xxx xxx xxx so that the name appears in the call and not just the number.
Charging cradle and cable are included, USB mains adapter is not included, if you don't have one, you need to buy one.
The left and right buttons for confirming calls on the display are cradled with the answer and end buttons, it would be better if they were separate.
The left-right-up-down buttons = basically the ring around the center confirmation button is quite narrow, could be a bit wider and more distinct for easier manipulation.
An interesting feature is the backlit keyboard, which is definitely a good touch.
The camera in the phone is not very usable with its resolution, but that's probably the case with all these types of phones.
Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages and the user is very satisfied with her new phone.

Just the most basic menu, decent volume, medium hardness of the buttons with reliable operation.
Perhaps in some cases it would not hurt to have the option to enlarge the font.
Important 4G, if they ever shut down the 2G network after all. Strangely enough, VoLTE really works, indicated by the icon next to the signal strength. If you need it, it's not enough to turn it on in the mobile phone, but if VoLTE is not activated on the operator's side from before, call them to turn it on.
As a backup cell phone, very decent for a buttonpusher. It uses a nano SIM, so swapping with your smartphone without using a SIM reducer.
Except the price is pretty much the same as a decent smartphone for making phone calls. If you don't need the battery life and size.
I took it to lie in a drawer as an emergency backup in case my smartphone went down. So I won't be out of touch before I click something.

I've had a lot of phones in my hands, but this is the first time I've encountered the fact that it doesn't show the caller's name for saved contacts and I haven't found a fix for it. Contacts cannot be distinguished even by different ringtones. I tried to put a photo to the contact reduced to about 38 kB, but the phone reported low space, so that's not the way to resolve callers either.
I need a push button phone for my partner because she has had problems with her hands since her first Covid vaccination, she can't handle a touch tone phone and the LG 350 push button phone has run out of battery life. Unfortunately, nobody seems to make a proper push-button phone anymore.

The main problem is that it does not display the caller's name for saved contacts. I have returned the phone and I am waiting to see how Alza acts.

I was looking for the best push button phone and this one won. It's better and more expensive than Nokia, which moreover hasn't been among the top for a long time. The Gigaset phone, which is the only competitor in my opinion, doesn't have a top established brand (perhaps it's a brand related to Siemens, but I haven't read about it properly anywhere), isn't shockproof and has the KaiOS operating system (which is terrible, I know it from Nokia). Other phones that cost from 1900kč upwards on Alza), are in my opinion low quality non-brands - Maxcom (production in Poland or noname import from China? ), Lexibook produces, among others. i toys, myPhone and Cat I had and had to advertise, so never again.

it doesn't have an operating system, so it runs nice and snappy
the flashlight can be activated when closed by a side button
automatic switching on and off can be set (e.g. morning/evening)
it seems to be the best button phone. At most, Gigaset is a competitor, but it doesn't have an established high-end brand, it's not shockproof, and it has the KaiOS operating system I know from Nokia, and it's awful.
people I talk to tell me that they can hear me well even on speakerphone (handsfree), so the phone seems to have pretty good handsfree.
good battery; in 3 days of use, not one of the five "keys" on the battery indicator has died.
the phone does not come with a detailed manual, so it is more suitable for users who already have some experience with button phones. But the phone is so simple that the instructions aren't really needed.
the camera is poor, it can't handle more difficult lighting conditions (darkness, contrasts. ); the camera is only for emergency use
