I already bought the second mixer of this type (the original one still works, for 3 years). I use carrots (60%)+apples (40%) with a little parsley for mixing (6-7 carrots, 4-5 apples). A sweet-and-sour mix weighing almost 1 kg will be created (it is better to give harder, less sweet apples).
If water gets under the knife into the glass container stand, all you have to do is tighten the screw that is at the bottom of the glass container.
Do not wash the metal pin of the motor shaft under running water! Water can flow into the engine and it will seize up over time. Therefore, just wipe the pin with a damp cloth/napkin or drip a drop of water onto the metal pin of the motor with a wet finger. Then blow the remaining moisture from the engine pin with your mouth.
During mixing, the container can be tilted (for better mixing) to the sides thanks to the rubberized non-slip mat attached to the bottom of the glass container

It chops smaller volumes very poorly, rather pushing food around the sides of the container, leaving large chunks. It will dilute well e.g. at least about 100g of nuts., one onion will not chop. This is my fourth chopper and it is definitely the worst.
