Alza.cz very helpful! Description of the product defect:
The helical-conical mechanism is standard i.e. It's okay. The grinder's power supply is whirring to the point of whistling! when the room is quiet, you can hear it! The product costs about 5000CZK. How can the manufacturer (fa. Sage) at the price level of this product in mass production, to allow to let "out" with its output control this design defect - LOSS! This link to this manufacturing defect is not the first on Heureka.cz!
2 coffee grinders have been tested, both with identical defects!
Definitely hold the manufacturer responsible!
