It does not show wifi networks (most) in the 5GHz band! Updating everything didn' t help either. According to various tutorials on the net, resetting the network settings should have helped, but it didn' t. According to others, changing the wifi channel to the AP should have helped, but that could interfere with other devices, and it is not possible everywhere. And given that it can see about half the Wi-Fi networks as the 9-year-old Samsung Galaxy S4 (which only knows some 5GHz channels), it' s obviously not a single network problem. When set manually, it connects to the network (so the HW supports it) but forgets the settings.
There is no fingerprint reader, which may bother some applications that require better security.
