It is a replacement for an almost functionally identical ETA Philips machine that we have had since 1988, so we will see.
We have only had it for a few days, but so far it has been quite satisfactory.
The bowl is not glass as stated in the description.
Slicing is only possible to one coarseness, and for example the slices are thick enough for a salad: -(
Too much plastic - even the gears. We'll see how long it lasts.
