space-saving thanks to the rectangular floor plan
Compared to the original dryer, it seems significantly less noisy
I have not found a figure for the average electricity consumption. energy, e.g. at room temperature for e.g. 10 hours of operation. The manual only lists a power input of 500W, but I assume that this consumption is not constant.
The manual has a table of foods and drying times, but it doesn't say at what drying temperature.

I bought 4 more plates. The plates are high enough and you can fit enough stuff on them. 2,5 kilos of beef takes 7 plat for drying.
Although they write the opposite. I find the dryer quite noisy, but it may just be my subjective impression.
