The goods were ordered as new unused, the package arrived and right at the beginning I saw that the adhesive tape was peeling off as if someone was trying to open the goods, after opening and folding I saw that the mop was scratched not only on the head but also on the water container. As far as the water container is concerned, the hose inside was disconnected and since the container cannot be opened - disassembled, it cannot be repaired either. Another thing about it is that the mop does not emit hot steam, it should have heated up within 20 seconds and turned blue, unfortunately it did not. I'm disappointed at that price and the fact that the mop was displayed as new unused was delivered to me, an old used and non-functioning delusion! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
