For a long time I didn't want to buy just an eraser for the price at first glance, but it was worth it. I have been treating my tennis elbow for over a year and it still hurts.
To my surprise, the pain decreased week by week with regular exercise.
I recommend you to stretch a lot beforehand, warm up your limbs and then start exercising slowly. After finishing, it is important to stretch again and ideally a small massage or wringing of the painful areas near the elbow. The point is that the inflammation is not aggravated by the exercise.
