After three weeks our fridge stopped cooling. We resolved the complaint directly through Whirlpool and authorized AP service. Never again! A very bad and lengthy experience. Alza then solved everything in a few days and next time we will claim directly through Alza. We probably had bad luck with a defective piece, otherwise I believe the fridge would have been great. Anyway, we no longer have confidence in the brand.
