Also suitable for baking in the oven, the bread can be beautifully tipped.
I don't see a disadvantage, except for the information that you should not let the dough rise in the mould.
Fits nicely into a 4l remoska. Sourdough bread slides out of the greased and seeded mould after baking, it bakes beautifully with 500-550g of 100% hydration flour (resulting bread up to 1.1 kg.
It says not to let the dough rise in it, however I need the last stage of rising the yeast dough in the mould. I have baked two loaves in it so far, so we'll see if it will have any negative effects over time.
