The Rohnson R-2911 fruit dehydrator is perfect for drying vegetables, mushrooms, fruit, and herbs or meat. Thanks to its power input of 280 W, you can very easily make dried fruit, jerky, or herbs and spices. The advantage of the device is that it has 5 trays that will hold just about any kind of food. The drying procedure causes moisture to leave the food, but it keeps its full flavour and all minerals, fibres and vitamins. The Round Rohnson R-2911 dehydrator has a motor built into the bottom, which will keep warm air flowing upwards. Foods situated closer to the centre and on the machine's bottom trays will therefore dry faster than whatever is on the outermost and top trays. This means that you'll need to switch the dishes around while drying. The device has a standard noise level, so it's best to use it during the day.
