Pro přípravu 1 porce Nutrend BCAA Mega Strong Drink (2:1:1) rozmíchejte 10g prášku v 300-400 ml vody. Take 15 minutes before, during or immediately after exercise. Doporučená denní dávka je 10g.
To prepare 1 serving of Nutrend EAA MEGA STRONG rmix 12 g of powder (1/3 scoop) in 350 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage (12 g). Appropriate use is before physical exercise.
