The powerline is the perfect way to connect to the web without WiFi. The powerline uses regular electricity to form a connection to the internet, so you need simply connect the adaptor to a wall outlet, and it forms a LAN connection without the need to drill any holes in the wall. The Devolo Magic 1 WiFi 2-1-2 Starter Kit has an impressive length, giving you a reach of up to 400 m. Of course, the transfer speed will depend on the stability of your connection, but this model usually offers an ideal of 1200 Mb/s. A pack contains 2 × adaptéru. The secondary unit of the DEVOLO powerline is equipped with two LAN connectors. The ending will fit into F wall sockets. An advantage is that the adaptors on this device have a through-socket. You will thus still be able to connect various other electronic devices. The signalling diodes will keep you posted on the status of your connection. When choosing, do keep in mind that the primary unit has WiFi. The primary unit will give you a LAN connection with a data transfer speed of 10/100/1000 Mb/s. The secondary unit has a speed of 10/100/1000 Mb/s.
