The Nutrend Endurance Bar is a nutritionally balanced energy bar designed for all endurance athletes. The bar contains a high proportion of carbohydrates with different rates of energy release and protein in the form of a well-digestible whey protein concentrate. It is enriched with vitamins C and E, which help protect cells from oxidative stress. There are also B vitamins and branched-chain amino acids BCAA in a ratio of 2: 1: 1. The Nutrend Endurance Bar will give you the energy you need for demanding endurance activities, making it especially suitable for athletes engaged in cycling, long-distance running, cross-country skiing and other demanding physical activities.

After unpacking, the stick is intended for immediate consumption.
Recommended dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1-2 bars per day. Eat the bar in portions during the endurance load and drink each portion well with water. If necessary, the bar can be used approximately 20 minutes before the start of the load.
