This website is intended for its users as well as all potential customers of Alza.cz a.s., resident in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00, ID 27082440, registered in the Business Register conducted by the City Court in Prague, file number B 8573 (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") whom Alza reach through advertising and marketing campaigns (hereinafter referred to as "customer").

Due to a large number and variety of individual advertising and marketing campaigns, Alza has the honour to bring to customer’s attention the fact that the binding prices of individual products are shown only on this website. The prices on this website are decisive and binding at the time of Alza’s confirmation of the order placed by the customer (typically via a confirmation email or an SMS message sent to the customer).

In terms of banner, billboard, television and print media advertising, an error during data transfer between Alza as an authority and our contractual partners for advertising may occur, resulting in wrong product prices, etc. These errors are not on the part of Alza as we are not liable for any misprints or other errors in advertisements regardless of the format. All images used in advertisements are for illustrative purposes only; Alza cannot guarantee an exact match in type, model or colour between a particular product and its visual expression used in the advertisement. Therefore, the content of these Communications cannot be considered a binding contract offer by Alza as such a Communication does not contain the essential procedural requirement of a contract.

A similar situation (inaccurate or obsolete data transfer) can also occur on various discount portals and price comparison websites whose operators are not Alza’s contractual partners. Current prices are always shown on this website.

Where advertisements contain an offer, Alza reserves the right to terminate that offer when the stocks are exhausted or when Alza’s capacity to meet the offer criteria is lost.

As for pre-orders (i.e., orders placed by the customer for an item which has not yet been released), the aforementioned loss of the capacity to meet the offer criteria can occur in cases of unforeseeable and exceptional events affecting the fulfilment of the obligation. Alza bears no responsibility for change in circumstances (i.e., significant, unforeseeable and external changes in circumstances under which an offer was made; this includes the change of the exchange rate among others).
