Alza Vouchers - Terms of Use (SK)

By purchasing and using this voucher, you agree to the terms of use. Once you have viewed the code (electronic version of the voucher) / scratched off the code (paper version of the voucher), the voucher cannot be returned.
The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher becomes invalid.
The voucher can be used to pay for purchases in the online store at www.alza.sk, or for purchases at Alza stores.
The value stated on the voucher will be deducted from the price of your purchase at Alza. The purchase is governed by the valid terms and conditions of Alza.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher cannot be split. The value of the voucher can only be used for a single purchase. Multiple vouchers can be used for a single purchase.
For goods for which a gift voucher was used for the purchase, you may be refunded (e.g., in the event of withdrawal from the sales contract or in the event of a justified claim) through a replacement gift voucher.
The voucher cannot be replaced in any way in case of loss or misuse by a third party.
The buyer is not entitled to resell the voucher to third parties unless otherwise agreed with Alza. In the event that she or he does so despite this prohibition, the buyer is fully liable for any damage that may be caused to third parties.
