Alza Premium: Benefit Changes

This article outlines what the service includes today and what to bear in mind when managing your membership.

AlzaPremium

The main things stay the same: everything from AlzaPlus+, plus home delivery

Key info for existing members: Alza Premium includes a full package of perks focused on delivery, discounts, and returns.

Free delivery to Slovak addresses. This perk applies to standard delivery methods shown at checkout. It doesn't cover express or courier delivery, Slovak Post, the Messenger service, any extra carrier services, or fees for selected payment types (e.g. cash on delivery). See the Home delivery in Slovakia section for details.
Free delivery to over 8,500 pick-up points, including AlzaBoxes, Alza stores, AlzaDrive, and more.
AlzaPlus+ discounts - discounts on selected products, available to members only.
Extended 30-day returns instead of the statutory 14 days.

Membership price and management

€9.50 per month, or €95.00 as a one-off annual payment. Membership renews automatically using the stored card.

Discontinued benefits

Alza Premium originally included a broader package of benefits. Some have gradually been withdrawn — either because they overlapped with other services or because they were used by so few members that they were no longer viable to operate. One example was priority handling on the customer support line. However, for current members this is not a cause for concern: the key benefits that most people signed up for — delivery and extended returns — remain in place.

Alza Premium, or AlzaPlus+?

If you use Alza Premium for home delivery or the 30-day return period, it remains a good choice. If not, it may be worth considering whether the more affordable AlzaPlus+ would suit you better, as it offers free delivery to AlzaBoxes, stores and selected external pick up points.
