1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

a) Alza.cz a.s., CIN 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, registered office at Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/23, Postal Code 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") organises from June 14, 2021 09:00 to July 4, 2021 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Duration") a marketing campaign called "BABY WEEKS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") and hereby sets out the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website www.alza.cz/maxi/babyweeks/18877360.htm.

b) Alza asserts that this Campaign is also subject to the Alza advertising terms and conditions as published on the website www.alza.cz/EN/reklama-art10652.htm.

2. DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

a) As part of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on products listed on www.alza.cz/maxi/babyweeks/18877360.htm (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"). These are products that Alza has in stock at the beginning of the Campaign. The discount on the products is valid until the end of the Campaign or until the stocks last, whichever comes first.

b) Alza reserves the right to change the Product selection included in this Campaign while the Campaign is ongoing.

c) Alza expressly states that the discounts presented in the Campaign are calculated from the original product price. The original product price means either the price of the product/service/licence at which the product/service/licence was sold by Alza without taking any potential bonuses, marketing sales campaigns, and other discount promotions on the Alza e-shop into account, or the price non-bindingly recommended by the manufacturer or distributor, whereby the price displayed will the one that better reflects the general prices for the particular product on the market.

3. ORDER PROCESS

a) When ordering Products available in the Campaign, you must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Alza.cz and the Campaign Terms and Conditions as stated here.

b) Discount is granted upon the proper completion of the order—simply placing the item in the cart is not enough—and the payment for the order using your preferred method of payment.

c) The Campaign discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional campaigns that Alza provides or that can be otherwise applied on Alza Products included in the Campaign.

4.  FREE SHIPPING ON SELECT CAMPAIGN PRODUCTS

a) Alza provides free shipping on select Products included in the Campaign if you choose to collect your order personally at an Alza branch or from Alzabox. Free shipping is provided only for physical products (i.e. does not apply to licences and / or services or gift vouchers) purchased at the Alza online store and included in the Campaign and only if the product costs over CZK 499 incl. VAT after applying the campaign discount. Products for which free shipping is provided are marked with a green stripe with the words FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping does not apply on other shipping options except for in-person collection at an Alza branch or from Alzabox.

b) The customer does not have a guaranteed right to receive free shipping.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

a) Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors caused during data transfer of electronic messages.

b) Alza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to cancel the Campaign if necessary.

c) The participant is not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the Campaign. Alza expressly states that the discount and Free Shipping cannot be redeemed in cash even if the Product purchased with a discount and / or free shipping is returned. The Campaign participant who returns the Product is not entitled to any refund except for the actual price of the Product.

d) Alza reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign any customer who:

1. Does not meet the Campaign conditions as specified;
2. Pays with a card they are not authorised to use;
3. Acts in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or commits fraud in connection with the Campaign;
4. Provides false or incomplete information to participate in the Campaign.

Participants excluded on the basis of the abovementioned criteria shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages they may incur.

e) These Campaign Terms and Conditions shall take effect on the date of their publication.
