Direction

This entails the business management of the company, which is not tied to any set-in-stone instructions. They are the deciding factor of the company's business management.

Decisions and Responsibility

They hold complete responsibility for all the events in the company. They define the global strategy and approve project budgets, investments and rewards.

Communication

They synchronise all departments and mutual cooperation, and helps with fulfilling goals. At the same time, they are informed of all events. They discusses the global strategies with other directors.

    I have set up the fundamentals in IT when I was a programmer and came up with innovations such as the PayBox payment system. Starting as a student, I have worked here for seven years and am now the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. From here I manage all strategic projects - from HR to Internet marketing.

    I started in the HR department at Alza and moved to my current position with the board after a short while. I make sure that all projects get done so that management has free hands for decision-making.

    After 6 years abroad, I joined Alza in 2018, where I ensure that the Board of Directors get everything done that's needed. Thanks to this, I participate in projects across the entire company - from expansion to other countries, to checking our management.
